CHANGING TRAVEL CONDITIONS

It sometimes happens that providers cancel a trip, or you are no longer able to go for your own reasons, or the travel conditions change. What can be done in such conditions or other critical situations?

YOU’VE BOOKED AND PAID A TOUR, BUT:

The provider cancels it – then we refund 100 % of the money paid under the contract.
If you have to cancel a trip for personal reasons – the cancellation is possible taking into account the expenses actually incurred.

Attention! If you suspect that your trip may be cancelled or interrupted for medical reasons, or due to the health of your relatives, we strongly recommend that you arrange a travel cancellation insurance. For conditions, costs and situations, covered under insurance, please refer to the Insurance section.

CHANGING TRAVEL CONDITIONS

The provider or you have decided to change some conditions of the trip – to remove or add services on the order – and they affect the contract value; in this case, an additional supplement specifying the actual cost is made, and either an additional payment is made by the customer, or a refund to the customer is made for overpayments.
